You pay per run via Stripe Checkout. Each time you launch a run, you’ll see the exact cost before confirming. No recurring charges, no surprise bills.
Is the first run really free?+
Yes. Your first run is completely free with no credit card required. After that, you pay only for what you use.
What counts as a run?+
A run is one evaluation session — you submit a target (URL, PDF, etc.), choose your personas and rubric, and get back a full report. Each run can include up to 100 personas evaluating your target.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Yes, built into the pricing. Per-persona cost drops from $0.50 to $0.40 as you add more personas to a run.
What is Deep Focus?+
Deep Focus enables deeper, more detailed evaluations with higher token limits. It adds 20% to the run cost. You can toggle it on or off for each run.
How accurate are synthetic personas vs real users?+
Synthetic personas are best for rapid iteration and directional feedback — identifying blind spots, testing messaging clarity, and comparing variants. They complement, not replace, real user research.
Do you store my website data?+
Screenshots and extracted text are stored securely and you can delete run data at any time. We never use your data to train models.
